To cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours from ordering time. Since products are custom-made for each order, after that period cancellations or returns cannot be made. Orders are processed within one business day.

 

Warranty

 

If your order arrives damaged or if the product is defective, contact the provider within seven days of the delivery date and they will investigate and replace items at their discretion.
